Terms of Enquiry
These terms explain how catalogue enquiries work. Last updated 12 September 2026.
Catalogue information
Our catalogue is an invitation to enquire. Pieces may be sourced through third-party dealers and can sell or change price without notice. Displayed prices are indicative only. Photographs may include source-supplied images; the exact item, its condition and everything included will be set out in the written order confirmation.
Authenticity and documentation
Any authenticity checks, inspection, provenance, box, papers, service history and warranty arrangements will be confirmed for the individual piece before an order is accepted. Brand names and trade marks identify the products only; Timepiece Emporium is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.
Forming a contract
A contract is formed only when we send a written order confirmation that identifies the piece and accepts your order. Do not make payment until you have received that confirmation and the payment instructions have been independently checked.
Price, payment and delivery
The final written quotation will state the total price, applicable taxes, payment method, delivery cost and estimated delivery time. Delivery arrangements for high-value items may require identity checks, a signature and appropriate insurance.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose. Our cancellation and returns information is set out in the Returns Policy.
