Returns & Cancellations
Information for UK consumer purchases made at a distance. Last updated 12 September 2026.
Your cancellation period
Unless a legal exception applies, a UK consumer may tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the item. After telling us, the consumer normally has a further 14 days to return it. Personalised or genuinely custom-made items may be excluded where the law permits; any relevant exception will be made clear before an order is accepted.
Starting a return
Email mikechin@timepiece-emporium.online with your name, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. We will provide the return address and secure shipping instructions. Do not send a high-value item without first receiving those instructions.
Looking after the item
You may inspect a piece as you reasonably would in a shop. Please return the exact item with all supplied boxes, documents, tags and accessories. A deduction may be made only where legally permitted for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind cancellation, the written order information will state who pays return costs. High-value returns must use the agreed tracked, fully insured method. Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us promptly so an appropriate return can be arranged without undermining your statutory rights.
Refund timing
Where cancellation rights apply, refunds will be made to the original payment method within the period required by law. For returned goods, we may wait until the goods are received or you supply evidence of sending them back. Standard outbound delivery charges are refunded where the law requires; premium delivery upgrades may not be fully refundable.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Your legal rights are separate from any warranty. Nothing in this policy removes rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
